Jacob Davis, Account Executive

Having attained a degree in Sport Management and Development from The University of Portsmouth, I decided to take time to travel extensively and live abroad. During this time, I settled for a while in Melbourne, Australia, where I started my career in the golf industry. Working in golf operations throughout the busy Australian summer offered a great insight into the running of high class public golf courses both operationally and commercially.

Once I returned home to the UK, I continued my work in the golf industry, this time at a private members club. Facilitating member needs whilst also operating on large golf days to provide a first-class service confirmed my desire to progress within the industry. Now, as an account executive, I am able to use my first-hand golf operations experience to best understand the needs of golf clubs when looking to maximise revenue and engage golfers through different marketing channels. I’m excited to continue learning with The Revenue Club to further my understanding and experience within the golf industry.
